The prices are per apartment and night for the specified standard occupancy.
Surcharges for additional persons and possible children’s discounts will be provided upon request in our offer.

Booking information

Confirmation of the booking

The booking is considered binding once the required deposit (30 % of the quoted price) has been paid. This deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

Cancellation of booking

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian consumer protection code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Article 1382 Swiss Civil Code (ZGB):

  • The reservation can be cancelled up to 14 days before the day of arrival at the latest without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
  • In case of cancellations by the guest (up to 14 days before the arrival day), the total amount for the entire stay will be retained.
  • If the guest does not come (“no show”), or in the event of late or early departure, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
